Guolong Technology is mainly engaged in the processing and production of precision moulds, injection moulding and assembly.
The factory is located in Guanlan, Shenzhen spanning over 4,000 square meters with a strong workforce of more than 120 employees. Goulong was established in November, 2013.
Injection mould
We produce all our injection mould tools in-house using state of the art machinery and skilled technicians. Our production line is equipped with 22 injection mould machines including 5 double shot injection machines & 2 silicon component manufacture machines. We have a dedicated assembly line manned by skilled workers. We are able to quickly ramp up production and assembly to fit the immediate demands from the clients.
Production Management
In terms of production management, the company has many technical engineers and managers who have previously gained a wealth of knowledge whislt working in Japanese mould factories. With this background, the factory has successfully implemented advanced technology and equipment; continuous improvement in design, production and service system, and at the same time, it has developed into a team of powerful technical personnel and scientific management.
